We are delighted that celebrity chef Lee Maycock will be hosting his “Roots@Mudlarks” pop up restaurant at our Café on Monday evenings.
Meat Free Mondays will see Lee build a 4-course menu using fresh produce grown in his garden kitchen on Foxholes Farm in Hertford and from our allotments on Cromwell road.
Dishes will be cooked fresh on-site using seasonal and sustainable produce.
Lee has cooked for the England football team, worked on both the London Olympics & Sochi Winter Olympics and has developed several workshops including a nutritional awareness workshop for chefs to better understand the core principles of health & wellbeing.
Lee is currently studying Doctor Rupy Aujla’s paper on medicinal foods.
We are honoured that he has chosen to support Mudlarks.
