Mudlarks Garden

Mudlarks’s Chief Executive Officer, Victoria Broscomb, announces her retirement.

Vic, who founded the charity and has devoted almost 20 years to its inspiring mission, said “I have truly loved my time at Mudlarks and while I will miss it dearly, I am ready to start a new exciting chapter in my life. We have the most fantastic community and I am so proud of everyone – our gardeners, cafe staff, the forest school and all our volunteers. The most dedicated and hardworking staff team leads Mudlarks, enhancing the lives of individuals with learning disabilities, autistic people, and those with mental health needs. I wish Mudlarks continued success in creating joyful opportunities for the people we support and I’m sure it will continue to grow and develop.”

Alison Voyle, Chair of Trustees, expressed her gratitude to Vic: “We are incredibly thankful to Vic for her years of service dedicated to improving the lives of people with learning disabilities and mental health concerns. Vic has been an exceptional leader for Mudlarks, and she leaves behind a thriving organisation supported by a talented and committed leadership team. We wish her a fulfilling and happy retirement.

The CEO position at Mudlarks will officially be advertised in January 2025.
